We’ve recently released version 3.0.1 of the Universal PDF templates Formium and Formialt. This update includes support for the gform_address_display_format filter, so you can display the Zip/Post Code before the City in Address Fields.
The default address format in Formium and Formialt follows this format:
Street Street2
City State
Zip Country
When returning the value zip_before_city with the the gform_address_display_format filter the address format becomes:
Street Street2
Zip City
State Country
