Image Choices in Nested Forms, Merge PDFs in order, and more!

Core Booster Image Choices & Bulk Generator Improvements

Hey friend,

Hope you had a great March. For me, I got to celebrate another trip around the sun with friends and family – it twas my birthday! I also get to share two small-but-mighty features that landed this month in the Gravity PDF Extensions category. Plus, I’ve a special treat just for our newsletter subs. 🎉

On the left is a screenshot of a PDF document showing a pizza restaurant order form displaying customer selections with images. The form includes multiple food categories (main, side, and drinks) organized under a nested form entry. An orange arrow points to a zoomed-in view on the right that focuses specifically on the Nested Form Entry section of the PDF.

Remember last year when we added Image Choices support to Gravity PDF Core Booster? I’m excited to share that we’ve extended this support to Nested Forms, too! In the Core Booster 2.3 update, you can now control how image choices are displayed in your PDFs when used in Gravity Wiz’s Nested Forms. This functionality applies to both the native Image Choice fields and JetSloth-powered Image Choices. Now you can make your nested entries even more beautiful-er-a!

Included text: ‘Merge PDFs in your Preferred Order.’ On top of the text is a screenshot of the Bulk Generator Step 1 Configure interface, which shows two available PDFs both selected, with the Merge PDFs setting enabled. On the right side are two PDFs side by side on one page, combined with two other PDF pages, all contained in one document. An arrow connects the left side to the right side, indicating that the configuration on the left results in the merged PDF on the right.

For the Bulk Generator aficionados, we’ve made a handy improvement to the Merge PDF feature. Now, when you combine multiple Gravity Forms entries into a single PDF, the order of those PDFs will match the order of the entries on the Entry List page. It doesn’t matter if you’ve sorted by submission date, entry ID, or any other column, Bulk Generator will merge your selected PDFs in that same sequence.

Text included: 'Five Ways to Supercharge your Gravity Forms with Gravity PDF'. The image shows a layout featuring three different PDF documents showcasing various Gravity PDF templates displayed at the top of the text.

Speaking of making the most of Gravity PDF, I’ve put together a How To on Five Ways to Supercharge Gravity Forms with Gravity PDF. This guide is packed with actionable tips and tricks to help you unlock the full potential of Gravity PDF. From using templates effectively, to adding your own branding and leveraging conditional logic. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to take your PDF game to the next level.

That’s all for now. I’ll be back with more updates in the next newsletter!

Happy PDFing!
