Gravity PDF in June: Smarter Downloads, Invoice Fixes & Hiring Solutions

Hey friend,

Kumusta? That’s “How are you?” in Tagalog. Here’s some interesting trivia for you: Tagalog and Filipino are the same language, but legally they are considered distinct. Now let’s talk the language of PDFs! This month I’m excited to share three updates across our product suite, and a great How To article using Gravity Flow.

Gravity PDF 6.12.6: Stability and Performance Boost

Gravity PDF core just keeps getting better, with the 6.12.6 update focusing on stability and performance. This update saw seven edge-case bugs fixed, and further improvement to PDF Background Processing. The PDF section of the Gravity Forms system report also got tweaked, which will help our support team assist you faster. Read more about the 6.12.6 update on GravityPDF.com.

Invoices 2.2.4 & Enhanced Download 1.2: Smarter Workflows

Included text: 'Improved Date Localization'. Accompanied by an image showing two invoice PDFs side by side.

Gravity PDF Invoices 2.2.4 brings improved date localization. This means your invoice dates will be translated into your chosen WordPress Site Language. For example, if your site is set to Spanish, instead of 10 February 2025 the invoice will display 10 Febrero 2025.

Included text: 'Smart Loading Indicator'. Accompanied by a browser screenshot showing the Enhanced Download plugin's user interface with a loading progress bar visible while a PDF is being generated.

For anyone using Enhanced Download, version 1.2 is out. This update fixes an issue with PDF redirects, and also adds support for Gravity Forms’ new AJAX submission process. Enhanced Download is a Gravity PDF add-on that displays a smart loading indicator when users are downloading complex Gravity PDF-generated documents. It’s like a smart assistant giving instant feedback while users wait for their documents to load. You can learn more about it on our online store.

Feature Spotlight: Automate Your Hiring Workflow!

Included text: 'Automate Your Hiring'. Accompanied by two images: 1. A browser screenshot of a job application form being filled out on the left 2. The application form entry PDF on the right. The images are connected by an orange arrow. Below these images are the logos of Gravity Forms, Gravity Flow, and Gravity PDF aligned vertically.

This month I wanted to share how you can build powerful, automated workflows using Gravity Flow and Gravity PDF. Our latest How To article teaches you how to create a no-code Job Application solution powered by Gravity Forms.

That’s a wrap for this month’s updates. I’ll see you on the next one.

Happy PDFing!
