Refund Policy
Purchase with confidence knowing that when you buy a product from the Gravity PDF you can request a refund within 30 day of the transaction, for any reason. This policy applies to new purchases, license renewal, and license upgrade.
Here’s the important information you need to know about our refund policy:
- You are eligible for a refund if requested during the 0-30 day period after a product purchase, license renewal, or license upgrade.
- The refund request can only be made from the refund request form in your GravityPDF.com account and must be received during the 0-30 day period after the transaction.
- Requests received more than 30 days after the transaction date are not eligible.
- We aim to process a refund within seven (7) days of receiving a request. After a refund is issued, it may take up to 14 days for your financial institution to finalize the process.
- Refunds are provided in Australian Dollars. If you paid with an international currency, the refund amount may differ due to fluctuations in the exchange rate between the purchase and refund dates.
- Once a refund has been approved, your license key and associated subscription will be automatically cancelled, you’ll lose access to download the product, support, and will no longer receive software updates.
- We cannot provide a refund if you issued a chargeback through your bank. Please contact us first.

You can request a refund by completing the Request a Refund form in your GravityPDF.com account area.
Exclusions
This refund policy does not apply to the Bespoke custom development service. There are separate provisions in the Bespoke Terms and Conditions to cancel a project, withhold a payment if the deliverables don’t match the scope, and handle disputes.
