How You Get the Best Technical Support

So we can help resolve your issue promptly, please provide as much information about your issue as possible and include all relevant files.

Details and files that are helpful include:

• A detailed description of the problem you are having
• Enabling Gravity Forms Logging, replicating the issue, and attaching the relevant log files with the support request.
• What steps you have taken to try and resolve the problem
• Many times the problem is configuration related. An export of your Gravity Form is very helpful (note: the file should have a .json extension, not .csv)
• If the issue is with the PDF being generated, include a sample PDF or screenshot so we can see exactly what is wrong
• If you are using a custom PDF template and the issue is with the PDF please include the template file, or snippet of the problem code

Finally, we do not provide any support for Gravity Forms – we're third-party developers who build an add-on for the Gravity Forms plugin (i.e we do NOT create/develop/support Gravity Forms). If your problem is not related to Gravity PDF we will direct you to the Gravity Forms support team.
