2. Whether you want to auto-fill an existing PDF / or create a conditional document based on user’s responses
3. If you already have a Gravity Form created
4. Whether you have any specific security requirements

To give you an accurate quote, we need to review an example of the PDF(s) you want generated. If a document should only be partially populated, please highlight all the areas that should be included.
You should also include any other project-specific files, and if you’ve already created your Gravity Form it’s helpful to
include a copy of your exported form (a .json file)
