Do I need Gravity Forms to use Gravity PDF?

Yes. You must have a license of Gravity Forms to use Gravity PDF (any license type will work). Visit the Gravity Forms website to purchase a license.

Can I upgrade from an Extension or Template Pass to an Access Pass?

Yes, you can upgrade any time for just the difference in price. We offer a simple upgrade process through your Account page once you make a purchase.

What are the license keys used for?

Valid license keys allow automatic updates for extensions and access to premium support.

What happens if I do not renew my license?

License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year at a discounted rate. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the extension or template, but you will not receive updates or support once the license key expires.

How many sites can I activate my license on?

Access Passes come with an unlimited license key for Extensions and/or Templates (depending on the pass type).

Can I request a refund?
