We’ve just released Gravity PDF 6.4.1 which resolves display issues introduced in version 6.4 for the Survey, Polls, Post Category and Post Custom Field types in Core and Universal PDFs.

This update is available via WordPress One-Click Updates, or the plugin can be downloaded from WordPress.org and installed manually via File Upload or FTP.
