When you need a PDF that looks like your form, Formium is the go-to template. It generates a PDF in a similar layout to your Gravity Forms^: the field label in on the left and the user response on the right in a box, with special styling for Name and Address fields. It’s a great all-round design for any occasion.
^ Formium does not support Gravity Forms columns using CSS Ready Classes.
All Official Fields Supported
Formium supports all field types included in Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms add-ons. That means advanced fields like the signature, survey, poll and quiz all display perfectly.
You have the option to show and hide the Main Heading, Page Names, HTML fields, Section Break Descriptions and empty fields. You can also disable your form field’s conditional logic in the PDF.
Header / Footer
You have full header and footer support in Formium. Add your logo, include page numbering and including a different header or footer on the first page of your document is all supported.
Formium comes packaged with the open source sans serif font, Arimo, which was designed by Colorado-based typeface designer, Steve Matteson. Arimo is a refreshing design that’s comparable to Arial, and looks great at smaller font sizes. For the best results with Formium we recommend using Arimo at 10pt.
All our templates come with control over the PDF paper size, orientation, font, size and colour, PDF format, and security features such as password protection.
