Line Items
The invoice line items, quantities, and totals are automatically populated using Gravity Forms Pricing fields. Take full advantage of product, option, quantity, and shipping fields in your form, and your invoice will automatically handle the rest.
Taxation
Gravity Forms doesn’t have any built-in taxation features, but all PDF Invoices support tax-inclusive pricing natively. PDF Invoices allow per-product tax rates, and disabling tax on individual products. Tax-exclusive pricing is supported via a third party add-on.
Customization
PDF Invoices are highly customizable. Upload your logo and position it left or right, add your company details, use merge tags to include the recipient info, and even set a due date. And like all templates, you can change the document paper size, orientation, font, size and color.
Conditional Logic
With PDF Conditional Logic you can create different invoices based on specific user input. This is useful when offering multiple payment options, or would like to localize invoices based on country.
Labels
You have full control over all labels used in the invoice. If you aren’t happy with one of the defaults you can easily change them. This is perfect if you need to translate the PDF invoices.
