Welcome to episode two in our blog series about the hard-working and talented people behind Gravity PDF. Today’s spotlight is on Debbie Ellis: a full stack JavaScript developer who spends most of his time deep in React, Redux, Middleware and Sagas.😄 Like all of us at Gravity PDF, Debbie is a full-time remote worker.
I am a software developer specialising in JavaScript.
I’ve been freelancing for over a decade and eventually got tired of doing short-term projects. I wanted something more stable, so when I was offered a position at Gravity PDF I didn’t think twice.
Time flies when you’re having so much fun with what you’re doing! I was both happy and surprised when I hit the 12-month milestone with the company. My initial expectations were met, and I’m definitely looking forward to the years ahead.

So far, the Gravity PDF Bulk Generator extension which we’re aiming to release in the next month (don’t hold me to that). This project enables me to showcase my skills: from the actual software development engineering, to creating automated tests that validate each function performs as designed.
